Q: What makes your product better than others?

A: Our products are manufactured in the U.S.A by Hawk who are a leader in resurfacing materials and are used by professionals worldwide.

Q: How Durable is it?

A: Our coatings are the hardest on the market designed for their intended use. However, just like a brand new surface, a refinished surface can be cracked or chipped if it is abused.

Q: How long will it last?

A: A bathroom or kitchen fixture resurfaced with our Aircoat system will last over 10yrs or longer with proper care and maintenance.

Q: Does it smell?

A: With options of low VOC and odour eliminator additives we can reduce the smell to the lowest in the industry.

Q: Will my resurfaced surface look painted?

A: Definitely NOT. You probably will not be able to tell the difference. The Aircoat Australia system will make that old, chipped or colour dated fixture look new again.

Q: What do you actually do?

A: We apply a high performance primer and extremely durable top coating over the existing surface.

Q: What surfaces can be refinished?

A: Bathtubs, Vanities, Ceramic Tiles, Benchtops, Laminate or timber cupboards.

Q: How do I clean my refinished surface?

A: Your new surface won’t need hash abrasives to clean like bleach or chlorine, good bathroom cleaner examples are Shower Power Gel, Orange Power or Shower Kleener.

Q: What if the surface is damaged?

A: Chips and cracks can easily be repaired during the preparation stage of the resurfacing work.

Q: How long will it take?

A: A bathtub or benchtop can be completed in 5-6 hours. A full kitchen or bathroom 2-3 days onsite.

Q: How long before I can use my refinished surface.

A: Our products are cured under normal temperature in 24 hours.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Each job is assessed independently and pricing will vary with colour, condition, and repairs but resurfacing will always be a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Q: Will the process cause me a lot of inconvenience?

A: Very little. In fact, when compared to the mess and time of normal renovation work the inconvenience of resurfacing is negligible.
